Why Soccer Shots? $23-36/hour Clear career path with guaranteed raises: Shadow Coach: $17-24/hour > Lead Coach: $23-36/hour 4 substantial pay increases in the 1st full year Quarterly performance bonuses (avg. $200 per quarter) Refer-A-Coach bonuses ($100 per coach - must stay for a full season) Flexibility : Minimum four soccer sessions per week (choose from an open schedule) Employee discounts: Free Soccer Shots programs for your children ($250+ value per season) Team events: holiday parties + special events Flexible Schedule That Works for You Openings available mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturday/Sunday mornings Choose 4-35 classes per week based on your availability Create your own consistent schedule around school or other commitment What You'll Do Coach engaging 30-45-minute classes for groups of up to 8-12 children Lead fun soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 Work at preschools, parks, and indoor locations Follow our proven curriculum (we teach you!)
