Business Administration/Human Resource Management Instructor (10 month) By Fayetteville Technical Community College 8/12/2026 Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking qualified applicants for a 10-month Human Resource Management Faculty Instructor position in Business Programs. The instructor will teach Human Resource Management courses and support student learning, course quality, program relevance, and workforce-aligned instruction in a community college setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong balance between current human resource management industry experience and the ability to transfer that knowledge into effective academic instruction. This includes the ability to design organized courses, applied assignments, clear rubrics, meaningful assessments, and learning activities that connect HR principles, employment practices, workplace trends, and workforce applications to student learning. The successful candidate must be able to teach face-to-face, online, hybrid, blended, evening, weekend, and/or multi-campus courses as assigned. This position requires a minimum of 28 hours on campus each week to support teaching, advising, student engagement, collaboration, and college responsibilities. Note: Applicants may be asked to provide a sample assignment, rubric, course module, training material, or teaching demonstration that shows their ability to translate HR knowledge into student learning.
