Position Details Job Title: Behavioral Health Therapeutic Program Aide (3rd Shift) Location: Cuyahoga County, Ohio Schedule: Full‑time, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (3rd Shift) Compensation: $22.60 – $25.77 per hour Union: OCSEA Responsibilities Participate in the development of treatment plans. Charting, documentation, records, and reporting. Organize and conduct patient group activities. Transport patients to off‑site appointments. Participate in appropriate interventions. Qualifications Formal education in arithmetic, including addition and subtraction, and in reading, writing, and speaking common English vocabulary. High‑school diploma or certificate of high‑school equivalency. Valid driver’s license if the position requires motor‑vehicle transport. Required job skills: Direct Support/Direct Care. Required technical skills: Behavioral Health. Required professional skills: Building Trust, Coaching, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, and Analyzation. Benefits Medical coverage.
