About The Team:The E-commerce Strategy team for TikTok Shop plays a critical role in setting direction and accelerating growth of the US market. The team operates at the center of global strategy planning, research and analysis, partnering closely with regional and industry leaders to identify market opportunity, determine operation directions and set key team targets. We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to partner with a fast-growing global e-commerce business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations, and will play a key role in driving business growth through insights and execution.Responsibilities:- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support a high-growth international e-commerce business, identifying key growth drivers through data analysis and strategic thinking.- Develop a deep understanding of platform dynamics, including traffic efficiency, user behavior, and key stakeholders across the value chain.- Conduct deep-dive analyses and translate insights into actionable strategies, driving alignment and execution across teams.- Proactively identify business challenges and opportunities, and develop scalable solutions across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.- Support strategic decision-making through market research and industry insights.Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analytics, investment analysis, or related fields.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and presentation (e.g., Excel, SQL).- Structured thinker with the ability to balance big-picture strategy and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:- Fast learner with strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for driving business impact in a dynamic environment.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to drive projects and deliver results.Req ID: A54908
