Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Accurately enter and update information into company systems
- Organize and manage electronic files, records, and email communication
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Support general administrative and clerical tasks
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for document and data management
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and data integrity at all times
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication and phone skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- This is a drug-free workplace
- Referral Bonus: $40 after 40 hours + $100 after 100 hours (no cap on referrals!)
