Production Technician

Job Full Description

We are seeking a 1st shift Production Worker for an agriculture company in Barneveld, WI.


This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate measurement, filling, packaging, and production of animal nutrition products


Duties:


Accurately measure required ingredients according to specifications.

• Transfer ingredients to mixers and fillers as needed.
• Mix ingredients as directed.
• Package products as directed

Qualifications:


Broad understanding of safety systems and demonstrated ability to follow safety rules and policies

• Ability to accurately and proficiently measure materials.
• Ability to use filling equipment.
• Ability to document production procedures in writing.
• Ability to meet production quotas.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repetitively.
• Ability, experience and certification to operate a forklift.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete for up to 10 hours.
• Ability to be around dust particles and use personal protective equipment

Schedule : Full-time, day shift schedule, flexibility with the schedule between 4am-4pm.

Pay : $18.40/hour + monthly bonuses!
