Potential to earn up to $300,000 annually (based on productivity).About the RoleWe're hiring a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care clinic. You'll care for patients at a sustainable pace - around 3 patients per hour - with a strong administrative team managing scheduling and daily operations. This role is intentionally designed to reduce burnout and allow providers to focus on meaningful, relationship-based care.What You'll Be DoingDeliver direct patient care in an outpatient settingDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsConduct physical exams and preventive screeningsPrescribe medications and treatments within scope of practiceMaintain accurate and ethical medical documentationCollaborate closely with physicians and care team membersFollow established clinical guidelines and protocolsMinimum RequirementsActive and unrestricted California NP or PA license - requiredNational Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)Current DEA license2+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindsetInterest in community-based, mission-driven healthcareCompensation & Benefits$160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus an incentive bonus, depending on experience.
