You'll work alongside our IT Support and IT Infrastructure teams to provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting for on-site and remote employees. In this role you'll serve as a key point of contact for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting workstation deployments, maintaining IT assets, and providing a high level of customer service. You will work with Microsoft 365 technologies, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, SaaS applications, and a variety of hardware and software tools. This is an on-site role with a Monday – Friday schedule reporting to our Deer Park, TX officeSuccess in this role means providing responsive, customer-focused support; resolving common technical issues efficiently; keeping equipment and support records accurate; protecting AWC systems and data; and creating a dependable employee technology experience through clear communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.How you’ll make an impact:Deliver Responsive End-User SupportProvide first-level support for account access, password resets, email, and basic networking issuesDiagnose and resolve technical problems involving computer hardware, peripherals, and softwareSupport employees onsite and remotely with a customer-first mindsetEscalate complex issues to higher levels of support when appropriateDeploy and Support AWC TechnologyDeploy, configure, and support Windows and macOS operating systems and applications across desktop and mobile platformsAssist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation setup and account provisioningMaintain asset inventory and ensure equipment is accurately tracked throughout its lifecycleMaintain Strong Support DocumentationDocument support issues, resolutions, and best practices in FreshServiceMaintain clear and accurate ticket records that support knowledge sharing, handoffs, and continuous improvementProtect Systems and DataFollow IT security, privacy, and compliance policies to safeguard AWC systems and dataSkills you’ll need:Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 1+ year of equivalent helpdesk experienceProficiency in computer hardware diagnostics and PC repairFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking conceptsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindsetAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentHere’s what will set you apart:CompTIA A+ or a similar IT certificationExperience with ticketing systems such as FreshService, Zendesk, or ServiceNowFamiliarity with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)The Rewards:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)401(K) MatchCompetitive PayMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance PackageEmployer Paid Life InsurancePaid Time Off and Holiday PayCareer Development OpportunitiesAbout AWCAs employee co-owners, we’re driven to do more than complete tasks; we build fulfilling careers by challenging assumptions and continually raising the bar.
