Anisa Henry is partnered with a growing wealth management firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Leader to oversee and continuously enhance the client service and operational infrastructure of the business. Reporting to senior operations leadership, this role will manage a team of Client Service Associates while supporting advisors, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless client experience.The position is responsible for overseeing daily client service operations, managing and developing team members, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving internal processes, implementing operational best practices, and supporting the firm's continued growth through scalable service and operational solutions.
