CNA / Nurse AssistantTryfacta is seeking a CNA / Nurse Assistant for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Position Title: CNA / Nurse AssistantLocation: Vestal, NY 13850Duration: 16-weekWork Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:45 - 23:15)Pay rate: $22- $24/hr.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring, and mobility.Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to the licensed nursing staff.Obtain and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output as assigned.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.Support residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other chronic conditions while promoting dignity and independence.Follow infection control procedures and safety regulations at all times.Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge preparation.Requirements:Active New York CNA License required (license must be active with no license hits).Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required (SNF, Rehab, Med-Surg, or Hospital experience also accepted).BLS Certification required.Experience caring for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents preferred.Must be comfortable working Mid 5x8-Hour (14:45 - 23:15)Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
