Key Responsibilities

• Review and submit payroll; ensure accurate time, PTO, and employee changes
• Reconcile benefits billing and maintain alignment with employee enrollment
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure employee data accuracy
• Administer leave programs including FMLA
• Maintain compliance documentation and assist with audits
• Generate HR reports related to payroll, benefits, and workforce metrics
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR operations experience with direct payroll and benefits reconciliation responsibility
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements including FMLA, ADA, and I-9 documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
