Overview We are looking for RN Case Managers to provide per diem Quality Home Visits for Ohio Senior Home Health Care. Job Description Per diem PRN RNs will visit clients' homes, providing individualized care, developing relationships, and supporting clients with their health needs. Qualifications A valid Ohio nursing license without restrictions Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Pass BCI and FBI background check CPR/First Aid (willing to obtain upon hire) Duties and Responsibilities Implement the nursing care plan for each patient Provide nursing services, treatments, diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate Observe signs/symptoms and report to physician changes in patient condition Teach and counsel patient and family on nursing care needs and related problems at home Maintain accurate records of observations, treatments, and patient care Participate in medical record audit as assigned Prepare clinical and progress notes Prepare equipment and materials for treatments Observe aseptic technique as required Assist patient in learning self-care techniques Dependable and reliable People-oriented and enjoys interacting with people Adaptable and flexible Detail-oriented Achievement-oriented and embraces challenges Autonomous/Independent, works with little direction Innovative and creative Understands and adheres to policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
