Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, this is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments. Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits. Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy. Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources. Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology. Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties. Collecting copay's and patient balances. Patient Care assistance as needed. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Insurance benefits. Schedule Mostly afternoons. Availability until 7pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
