Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, incorporating tools and methodologies tailored to telehealth.

• Create and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Conduct engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and provide ongoing support and feedback to track progress.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and updates consistent with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and share insights with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians serve a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults facing varying levels of psychological distress. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
