What You'll Do Source, recruit, and qualify top talent across a variety of industries and leadership levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, qualifications, and culture fit. Partner closely with leadership to understand client hiring needs and search strategies. Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools. Manage multiple searches simultaneously while providing an exceptional candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS/CRM. Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries. Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach through placement. Build long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. What We're Looking For Recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, hospitality, customer service, or relationship‑building experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self‑motivated with a competitive drive to succeed. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong work ethic with a positive, resilient attitude. Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, or recruiting platforms is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Why This Opportunity?
