This role will support a high-volume recruiting function, with a primary focus on interview scheduling, candidate communication, interview confirmations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The coordinator will also maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with data cleanup efforts during an ongoing Greenhouse implementation. Qualifications: 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support experience Strong experience with high-volume interview scheduling and coordination Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including greeting and assisting candidatesHighly responsive, proactive, and able to work with urgency Experience with Greenhouse and/or JazzHR is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr The Planet Group
