Finance Business Analyst# **Job Description:**NOW HIRING: Finance Analyst - BusinessCompensation: $60,000-$65,000 per year**Job Overview**The Finance Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to help organizations make informed business decisions.**Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.* **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data to support business decision-making.* **Cost Efficiencies**: Study and provide creative alternatives to reduce costs & overhead.* **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement scalable solutions.* **Business Insights**: Partner with stakeholders to identify business opportunities for top & bottom-line improvements.* **Performance Tracking**: Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and financial performance.* **Financial Modeling**: Create detailed financial models to assess business opportunities, risks, and ROI.* Other duties as assigned.**Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.**Education and/ or Experience**Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CFA preferred).3–5 years in a similar role, with a strong focus on financial analysis and business strategy.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Hyperion, SmartView).Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.**Supervisory Responsibilities**This position carries no supervisory responsibilities.**Physical Demands & Work Environment**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
