This opportunity calls for a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to support inpatient care within a hospital setting. The position is based in Greer, SC, and is offered as a 13-week contract, with an immediate start date. The schedule consists of an 8-hour shift during pharmacy hours from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense critical medications and drips accurately.
• Oversee controlled substances with strict compliance to safety protocols.
• Conduct quality assurance activities related to medication administration.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Complete required training modules within the first days of assignment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active South Carolina pharmacist license.
• 1 to 5 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience is preferred, though candidates with 2 years or more are considered.
• Experience with Epic electronic health records is advantageous.
• Familiarity with handling drips, critical medications, and controlled substances.
• Strong clinical knowledge to work independently with minimal training.
• Willingness to complete 1-2 full days of mandatory training modules.
