Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid | Pediatric ABA Services | North Carolina

Job type: Full-Time

North Carolina Locations: Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Durham and Greensboro

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive behavioral evaluations

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Provide parent and caregiver coaching to promote treatment consistency

• Review behavioral data and modify treatment plans based on client progress

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and organizational standards

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, individualized care

• Deliver supervision through a combination of remote and in-person services in accordance with North Carolina requirements

Qualifications

Required

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• North Carolina licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure)

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Preferred

• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply

Work Environment

• Hybrid position combining remote clinical work with in-person supervision

• Approximately 50% remote and 50% in-person supervision, depending on client needs and state requirements

• Services may be provided in:

  • Client homes

  • Schools

  • Daycare settings

• Local travel is required, with mileage reimbursement provided

Caseload

• Typical caseload ranges from 6-9 clients, depending on billable hour expectations and service area

• Opportunity to support additional clients based on availability and desired workload

Schedule

• Full-time preferred with flexible scheduling

• Standard billable expectations of approximately 20-25 billable hours per week

• Additional billable hours are compensated separately

• No required weekend work

• Occasional late afternoon or early evening client sessions may be needed based on family availability

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• $85,000-$130,000+ annually , based on:

  • Experience

  • Clinical expertise

  • Billable hour commitment

• Additional hourly compensation available for billable hours exceeding the agreed weekly expectation
