• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in the state (or eligibility to obtain)

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

What you’ll do:

• Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Consult with educators and parents to support student growth and generalization of skills
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress, making adjustments as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
