Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and joint therapeutic sessions, actively listening and responding to the needs of couples and families.

• Provide specialized treatment for a range of issues, including but not limited to conflicts surrounding alcohol and substance abuse, trauma from physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, and relational dynamics during separation or divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in navigating complex family systems, addressing communication barriers, and developing coping strategies to manage stressors effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient sessions within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in marriage and family therapy.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
