Key Responsibilities:

• Help residents with daily activities like dressing, eating, and mobility
• Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate care
• Assist with medications (with training provided)
• Keep residents comfortable, safe, and supported
• Build strong relationships with residents and team members
• Observe and report any changes in resident condition
• Maintain a clean, organized environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Compassionate attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Experience in assisted living or caregiving (helpful, not required)
