Overview Our AmLaw 200 client, who are known for strength in brand name and infrastructure, whilst maintaining a regional firm feel, are seeking a Tax Associate. Qualifications Possess 2+ years of tax experience either in a major accounting firm or in a law firm. Ability to search and assess complicated federal tax issues involving entity formation, deal structuring and M&A. An LLM in Taxation is preferred.
