Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Valid state SLP license or ability to obtain before start date
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or educational setting preferred
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups
• Work closely with families, teachers, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student learning
• Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain detailed progress reports
• Champion a positive, inclusive school culture that ensures every student’s voice is heard
