Phlebotomist I - 1st Shift

Role: Phlebotomist II Responsibilities: Draws quality blood samples from patients, prepares specimens for lab testing, and maintains accurate records. Interacts directly with patients to foster trust, explains procedures, and ensures a safe, professional environment. Performs forensic and clinical specimen collection following established practices, demonstrating leadership, process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy. Maintains organizational standards, promotes a positive image, and adheres to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred (required in some states). Minimum 6 months of experience, with over a year preferred. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric, and customer service experience. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
