Quality Assurance Site Manager

Job Summary (List Format):
- 15+ years of industrial construction Quality Assurance (QA) experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing quality teams or site quality programs.
- Strong leadership abilities, including managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with contractors, engineering, and project leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of QA/QC systems, industrial construction codes/standards, inspections, testing, and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) practices.
- Proven track record in investigating quality issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience supporting quality processes throughout construction, commissioning, system turnover, and fast-paced project execution environments.
- Position is local to Palo Alto, CA (locals only).
- No visa restrictions; background check and drug screen not required.
- Must submit a LinkedIn profile with application.
- Interviews to be conducted via video.
- Anticipated start in 2-3 weeks.
- Client industry: Automotive.
