Job Title: Sales Representative Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will establish contact with existing customers, identify new opportunities, and follow up on potential leads. You will generate weekly sales reports, utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and convert them into customers. In collaboration with the management team, you will work to improve marketing materials and expand the company's presence in the Midwestern territory. This role also involves attending industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.

• Expand the company's marketing presence in the Midwestern territory.
• Attend industry trade shows to gather new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Update client information in the company's contact database.
• Stay informed of industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.

• 1-2 years of sales experience with a personality suited for outbound sales and cold calling.
• Strong customer service and account management skills.
• Proficiency in making outbound calls and cold calling.

• 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
• An associate degree is preferred, but experience is highly valued.
• Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Ability to travel and work out of town as needed.
• Capability to clearly communicate technical information to a diverse audience.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and organizational skills.

The role includes a commission structure with 3% on total sales and the potential for strong earnings and year-end bonuses. The work environment requires a good work ethic, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with little direction. Flexibility in travel and the ability to adapt to diverse environments is essential.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oregon, WI.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Oregon,WI.
