Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience, practicum, or enthusiasm for working in K-12 schools strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and student-centered therapy plans
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs, including sensory, motor, and self-regulation challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and gather data to inform individualized OT goals for students
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans and interventions within classroom and pull-out settings
• Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and write reports in alignment with school and regulatory requirements
• Educate and offer resources to teachers, aides, and families to bolster student success throughout the school environment
• Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards of practice for school OT
