Security Officer - per diem

Description Receives general direction from the Security Manager, Supervisor or Lead Security Officer. Performs a variety of security responsibilities to protect patients, visitors, staff, physicians, property and facilities from accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism, hazardous materials, and illegal entry. Required Qualifications Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree 1 year of Law Enforcement/Security/Military experience or 2 years of responsible work experience and prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
