MACHINE OPERATOR – TRY-BEFORE-HIRE (Green Bay, WI)

Pay: $23–$27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 12-hour rotating swing shift | 4 on / 3 off (includes an on-call rotation)
Location: On-site in Green Bay, WI

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate and monitor production equipment to keep output safe, consistent, and high-quality
• Make routine machine adjustments and handle minor troubleshooting
• Follow safety procedures, quality checks, and work instructions
• Work closely with the team to meet daily production goals
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and production-ready

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing/industrial experience and a solid, dependable work history
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating swing shift (including on-call rotation)
• Safety-first mindset and strong teamwork

Preferred (but not required):
• 3+ years of machine operation experience
• Forklift experience (3+ years preferred)

WILLING TO TRAIN
If you have strong manufacturing experience and you’re mechanically inclined and coachable, training is available for the right person—even if you haven’t operated this exact equipment before.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing/walking and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Industrial environment (varying temps, noise, occasional dust/humidity)
• May include work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
• PPE required
