Position Highlights Manage a

manageable schedule of 8-12 patients per day Primary focus on wellness visits and preventative care for adults 65+ Occasional sick visits for established patients Monday-Friday, daytime schedule Value based care model serving Medicare Advantage patients (Humana, CarePlus, Aetna) Outpatient-only setting-no nights, weekends, or call requirements Top-tier salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential Full benefits package including:
