As a Marketing Coordinator at MPC, you’ll oversee multiple client accounts, collaborate with our creative, SEO, advertising, and website teams to bring innovative marketing strategies to life. We’re looking for someone who loves both people and performance, a leader who can turn ideas into measurable results. What You’ll Do Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with client goals. Lead the execution of campaigns across social media, email, SEO, ads, and content, ensuring strategies are implemented effectively and on schedule. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to provide guidance, feedback, and support on client strategies and projects. Present strategy updates, campaign results, and recommendations to clients. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to the table. Travel locally to meet with clients around the Nashville and Franklin areas for meetings, strategy sessions, and on-site content shoots. What We’re Looking For Strong background in strategy development and campaign execution. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience managing social media, and digital advertising campaigns. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data. Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and attention to detail. Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Harvest, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite. Compensation The starting salary for this role is $45,000.
