Fresh Market is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee operations at its Durand location. In this role, you will manage the store’s daily operations.
- Store managers oversee all day-to-day operations and are responsible for achieving sales, gross profit, and labor goals.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and schedule all store personnel.
- Promote a friendly, enthusiastic culture within the store.
- Communicate policies, procedures, sales promotions, and other directives regarding associates' job duties and responsibilities.
- Oversee department managers to ensure proper ordering, merchandising, display building, labor scheduling, and setting retails.
- We're looking for a store manager who understands the role and has experience managing and overseeing associates in retail. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail and customer service.
- Weekend and holiday hours are expected. Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
