Job Description Summary Job Description Summary: The Assistant Manager, Designer – Graphic / Package / Digital is responsible for developing creative assets across product packaging, E-Commerce, retail communication, and digital channels. This position will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to maintain consistent brand identity and create effective visual communication for existing products, new product launches, and new Hair Brand initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred. Professional experience in Graphic, Package, or Digital Design preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required. Experience with packaging design and production-ready artwork preferred. Experience creating E-Commerce / Website / Social Media assets is a plus. Beauty, Fashion, Consumer Product, or Lifestyle Brand experience preferred. Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Portfolio required. Korean-English bilingual is a plus. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
