Nurse Assistant

Hartford Healthcare, a leading not-for-profit healthcare system in Connecticut, is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will partner with the Nurse Manager to oversee daily unit operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care. You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, coordinate patient flow and staffing, and support quality and safety initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, help implement best practices and new technologies, and contribute to an inclusive culture focused on teamwork, professional growth, and clinical excellence.
