We’re partnering with a global medical technology organization seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer communications, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction initiatives. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate established processes while providing outstanding customer support.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, sales promotions, installations, and general account support

• Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, professionally, and in accordance with established procedures and consumer guidelines

• Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up

• Educate customers on products, services, and available resources to improve the customer experience

• Document customer interactions and ensure accurate recordkeeping within company systems

• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and contribute feedback for process improvement efforts based on customer surveys and trends

Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You’re the Right Candidate…

• 2+ years of customer service, customer support, call center, or related experience within Manufacturing, Sales, or Healthcare

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally

• Experience resolving customer complaints and de-escalating challenging situations

• Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and service guidelines while making sound decisions

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple customer interactions

• Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software and processes

Additional Details

Location: 100% Remote (Must Reside in WA State)

Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm CST Preferred but flexible shift between 8am-6:30pm

Assignment: 6+ month contract

Start Date: ASAP
