What You’ll Do Installing and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, controls, and lighting in residential properties. Performing routine electrical inspections and maintenance. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems quickly and accurately. Following electrical codes and safety standards for every job. Working independently on service calls and collaborating with the team on larger projects. Communicating with clients and providing smart solutions to solve problems. Building long‑lasting relationships and trust with customers and their homes. Hiring Expectations High school diploma (technical school or college a plus) 3–5 years of electrician experience (residential experience preferred; light commercial experience a plus) Knowledge of NEC and electrical codes Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a drug and background check Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM software is a plus Dawson’s Electric & Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
