Position Summary






Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager to support client engagements within Investment Wealth Management. This role will lead teams delivering solutions that help organizations address business priorities, operational change, and strategic initiatives across wealth and asset management environments. The Senior Manager will manage client relationships, oversee engagement delivery, and contribute to practice growth through market-facing and team development activities.

Leading client engagements for Investment Wealth Management organizations from scoping through deliveryManaging client stakeholders, engagement teams, and multiple workstreams across complex business initiativesOverseeing project plans, deliverable quality, risks, timelines, and project economicsDeveloping recommendations, operating approaches, and implementation plans aligned to client objectivesSupporting practice growth through proposals, offering development, and coaching of junior practitioners

The team
Deloitte’s Investment Wealth Management practice supports clients across wealth management, asset management, and investment operations. Teams work with organizations to address business priorities, improve operating models, enhance client service, and deliver strategic initiatives across the enterprise. This practice serves clients seeking structured problem solving, stakeholder alignment, and execution support in a changing market environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree10+ years relevant consulting and/or investment management experience10+ years of experience in translating requirements into optimized designs, and identifying design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance and operations10+ years of experience leading smaller engagements or components of large, complex strategy and/or operations transformation engagements10+ years of experience identifying client business issues, owning responsibility for the quality of deliverables, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing persuasive recommendations10+ years of experience collaborating with financial services industry senior executives, and comfort delivering presentations to management.8+ years’ experience developing and presenting proposal responsesTravel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in area of specialization10+ years’ experience in one or more of the following various sector packages; Aladdin, Simcorp, Charles River, Fidessa, EZE, Calypso / Murex, Bloomberg AIM, Portware, FlexTrade, FIS, Eagle PACE, IMS Markit EDM, Data Science platform buildout, Ipreo (iLevel and ival), eFront, Investran, Workday, SalesForce, Market Intelligence experience: DST SalesConnect, Market Metrics Matrix, and Fishtank.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $189,200 to $372,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
