Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Holland region seeking Inside Sales Representatives. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidatesnot just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture inbound leads from various marketing channels.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new sales opportunities within target markets.
• Present product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Collaborate with external sales representatives to close complex deals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
• Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Technical aptitude for understanding and explaining manufacturing processes or product specifications.
• Prior experience selling engineered-to-order or configurable products.
• Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale) applied to B2B manufacturing.
