Role: Pharmacist

Requirements:

• PA Pharmacist License (Required)
• 1 year hospital experience or clinical APPE
• BLS preferred
• PharmD preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders
• Monitor drug interactions, allergies, and lab values
• Dispense medications safely and accurately
• Support healthcare team with drug information
• Oversee pharmacy techs and students
• Assist with inventory control and discharge planning
