Resolve Diamondback is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a full-time basis! Position Overview As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans, support patients in achieving their functional goals, and promote independence in daily living activities. Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and therapeutic exercises. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist. Document treatments and patient responses accurately. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality patient care. Qualifications Active state COTA license or certification, as applicable. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current CPR/BLS certification, as required by the facility. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
