Job ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of approximately 10-15 customer service representatives.Monitor team productivity, call performance, and operational results.Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to team members.Track daily production metrics and ensure key performance goals are achieved.Review calls and account activity to support quality assurance and compliance efforts.Partner with workforce and operational teams to improve service delivery and team effectiveness.Monitor team schedules, attendance, and paid time off requests.Communicate daily performance results and operational updates to the team.Skills/RequirementsPrevious supervisory, team lead, or people management experience.Experience in customer service, collections, financial services, or a related industry.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.Proficiency with computer applications and reporting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationSchedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.One Saturday per month with a 4-hour shift.Monthly incentive program available based on performance metrics, quality, productivity, and operational results.Opportunity to gain leadership experience in a high-performing customer service environment.Smartphone capable of meeting company security requirements is required.Pay RangePay Range: $23-25/hrMonthly incentive opportunities available based on performanc
