Role Overview The Center Manager (CM) oversees clinic operations, leading a high-performing, compassionate team to ensure operational excellence and quality patient care in a dialysis setting. They coordinate treatments, collaborate with staff, physicians, and representatives, and maintain high standards of care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Facilitate patient care and treatment quality, mentor staff, and promote a patient-centric environment. Set a positive tone that enhances patient outcomes and staff morale. Foster relationships within a multidisciplinary team and drive continuous improvement.
