Position Overview

A&B Business Solutions is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to support our growing portfolio of digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both technology and people, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our digital solutions lifecycle—from sales support and vendor coordination to installation, training, and ongoing customer support. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, helping to document and refine best practices for our digital offerings.

Major Goals and Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site client support for break/fix issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Support various software applications.
• Assist with the onboarding process by setting up new user accounts and configuring hardware.

• Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and software.
• Document procedures, solutions, and best practices for common issues.
• Educate clients on new technologies and software applications.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols

Skills/Abilities:

• Strict attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
• Very high technology acumen
• Comfortable with many different software applications
• Personable, honest, and trustworthy
• Full understanding of software installations, configurations and troubleshooting
• Customer Service skills.
• Ability to coordinate scheduling with clients and vendors
• Problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of all education and professional backgrounds, from entry-level staff to CFO/COO/CEO.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field or a degree in a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor.
• Ability to fix complex IT issues.
