Position: Speech/Language Pathologists Start and End Dates: June 24 - August 6 - Monday through Thursday Staff Hours: 8 am - 12:00 pm Mandatory Training Days: June 24, June 25 Student Start and End Dates: June 29 - August 5 Student Hours: 8 am - 11:30 am Internal Staff Salary: State and local salary based on education experience. External Staff Salary: $65/hr Required Qualifications: Master's degree Must hold a Delaware Professional License as a Speech/Language Pathologist Must be able to successfully complete and maintain certification in the district approved behavioral intervention program applicable for the setting (e.g. Safe & Positive Approaches to Behavior) Must complete and submit an online application. Abilities Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with students and staff, and maintaining them over time. Oral comprehension - Able to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs for short periods of time. Oral expression - Able to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
