Personal Assistant for a young person 02 hrs per week @ £12.89 per hrs in NR5 Location: NR5 I am looking for a kind and caring person to provide support to my 8 years old son on either Saturdays or Sundays. Job Description Accompanying on trips to the park Giving gentle reminders for personal hygiene, especially handwashing Providing supervision due to PICA (to help prevent putting non-edible items in the mouth) Any other reasonable duties as requested Person specification Essential: Enjoys working with children Essential: Someone with patience, compassion, and a positive attitude Essential: The person I employ must have an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all areas of work, including total respect for my privacy. Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Desirable: Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the individual's needs. Summary of terms and conditions The pay rate for this position is £12.89 per hour for employed PAs and £15.55 per hour for self-employed PAs. Hours and times of work: 02 hours per week. Time discussed further at interview. The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer. Satisfactory references from two referees, one of whom must be your current or last employer. Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
