Job TitleFind yourself in work that matters. Experience Frasier.What You Will DoAs a Resident Assistant/QMAP, you'll help residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported each day. You'll assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible.You'll administer medications, document care, and keep an eye out for changes in residents' health or wellbeing. When concerns arise, you'll communicate with the nursing team and respond promptly to resident needs.Just as important, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. You'll encourage participation in activities, help create a warm and welcoming environment, and play an important role in making Frasier feel like home.Part-Time Opportunities AvailableWe're currently hiring for two part-time schedules: a morning float position with shorter shifts and an evening position with regular 8-hour shifts. Both roles provide hands-on resident care and support in our Assisted Living community and include weekend availability.What You Will EarnCompetitive Pay: $19.30-$21.30 per hour PLUS shift differentials. Potential earnings up to $25.80 per hour.+$1.75/hour (Evenings): $21.05-$23.05+$2.75/hour (Overnights): $22.05-$24.05+$1.75/hour (Weekends): $21.05-$23.05+$3.50/hour (Evenings + Weekends): $22.80-$24.80+$4.50/hour (Overnights + Weekends): $23.80-$25.80What You Will NeedHigh school diploma or GED.Current QMAP, First Aid, Basic Life Support, and AED certification1 year of experience providing personal care preferred.Ability to act independently in routine and emergency situations and demonstrate computer competency.You Will be a Great FitStrong communication and relationship-building skills help you create meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.Attention to detail supports accurate medication administration, documentation, and resident care.Good judgment and observation skills help you recognize changes in resident wellbeing and respond appropriately.Organization and reliability allow you to balance resident needs, medication support, and daily responsibilities effectively.A collaborative mindset helps you work closely with the care team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.Standout Benefits & Workplace WellbeingWe want team members to feel supported not just in their work, but in their lives.
