Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within an acute care hospital setting on a 350-bed unit
• Perform ventilator management utilizing equipment including Hamilton G5/C1/T1, V60, and Vyaire Avea ventilators
• Perform airway management procedures as required by patient acuity and care plans
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with a charge therapist and multidisciplinary team across night shift operations
• Maintain a patient-experience-focused approach while adapting to variable patient ratios

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC, or active CRT credential
• Minimum of 6 months of current acute care RRT experience in a hospital setting
• Active BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of overall respiratory therapy experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech EMR strongly preferred
• Experience in Pediatrics, NICU, or PICU settings preferred
• Energetic, team-oriented professional with a strong commitment to patient experience
