Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the Store to their vehicles. Key responsibilities include assisting in unloading merchandise from baskets, packaging groceries, and helping customers in transporting and locating merchandise. Additionally, you will gather baskets, pick up trash, maintain and stock bag areas, return products to proper locations, stock check stand supplies, distribute Buddy bucks, replace anti-fatigue mats, perform cart and parts basket relocation, and clean and maintain various areas of the store to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications and key requirements include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work with customers attentively, maintain productivity and efficiency standards, and complete Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training upon hire. Physical demands involve working in a fast-paced retail environment, reaching at various heights, standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, climbing stairs, twisting, pushing/pulling with arms, pinching, and performing fine motor movements. Occasional exposure to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions is expected. The ability to lift up to 100 lbs is required.
