Job Opportunity: Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Our organization, a non-profit healthcare system situated in Northeast Wisconsin, is currently in search of qualified Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologists to become part of our team in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in 36 hours of patient contact weekly.
• Participate in a weekend call rotation of 1:5 or 1:6 for inpatient care, covering both TCA and TCN.
• Manage an average patient volume of 15 at TCA and 4 at TCN.
• Handle weekday call once per week.
• Conduct a mix of inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic visits, and diagnostic imaging study reviews.
• Dedicate 3 days per week to clinic duties and 1-2 days per week to reading diagnostic studies.
• Participate in outreach clinics 1-2 days every two weeks, located less than an hour from the primary site.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary along with a wRVU production incentive, a generous signing bonus, and a $4,500 allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME).

Program Highlights

Our cardiovascular program is extensive and includes:

• Diagnostic Imaging: Stress testing, echocardiography, calcium scoring, CTA, cardiac MRI, Holter, and event monitors.
• Interventional Cardiology: A strong structural heart and STEMI program featuring diagnostic catheterization, PCI, balloon angioplasty, TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, and peripheral interventions.
• Electrophysiology: Pacemaker/ICD placements and cardiac ablations.
• Cardiothoracic Surgery: Valve repair/replacement, CABG, and thoracic procedures.
